Here is a breakdown of the brainwave frequencies and the resultant state that will be caused by the variation of our personal vibration in our brains.

The vibration of the earth is called the Schumann Resonance and is or was approximately 7.8Hz which is said to be ELF (extremely low frequency) 

You will notice that the frequency of 7.8Hz which the earth is helping or causing us to vibrate at is right at the point where we would be completely relaxed and increases to 12Hz before we would become active and busy.

This is a good description of the human race at the moment. Really busy! Strange that scientists are saying that the earths resonance has increased to this level. When the frequency increases above and beyond 12Hz into the high Beta range, it is at that point we as human beings enter into what is called ‘Fight or Flight ‘ mode or in modern language, ‘Road Rage’ mode.

HAARP

is a technology that produces ELF generation that can be transmitted into the atmosphere above the earth in the order of millions of watts of power.

There are many of these ELF producing sites around the world pointing these individual streams of power into the atmosphere and causing a heat increase which is bad enough, but any interference with the natural vibration of the atmosphere in terms of the Schumann Resonance could have a devastating mental effect on us.

This isn’t just a theory of mine as you will see if you watch the video above, but it seems it would be a natural occurrence given the effects of induced frequencies via brain entrainment. If this is true, then it would be possible to control the mental state of countries if not humanity and maybe not for the good, if it were to be in the hands of lets say….Hmmmm!
