Anyone can be monitored this way today. It is the new paradigm and it is cost free.

In reality, the PsyOps / PsyWar of this type of targeting believe that a target reporting this type of tracking, will appear to be instead wakadoodle!

Who cares? THEY should know by now, I WILL REPORT IT ALL! It is more important to me to expose the reason this operation is going to such great lengths to hide the drones that demands exposure around me.

I finally got a good image of the drone tracking me during the day. At first I thought it was a weather modification plane specifically.

However, I watched as this one followed me all over town then home, believe it or not. And, on another day, without a cloud in the sky, I noticed it was cloaked as a small cloud which is just plain silly.

It does look like a typical weather modification plane however, it does not leave the typical mile long smoke contrail which is typical of these types of planes when used for weather modification. Stationary it had a short smoke contrail attached as shown in the image taken over my house when it stopped and positioned itself and I went outside to take the image.
