New US EPA documents show massive use of toxic neonicotinoid insecticides as seed treatments in US corn and soybean crops – most of which are GMO.
We can conclude that GM Bt insecticidal crops don’t cut insecticide use. They have merely driven insecticides underground – from being sprayed onto the growing crop, to being applied as seed treatments."
